This Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) is a public notice indicating to the vendor community that the Municipality of Trent Lakes (the Municipality) intends to award this opportunity to the following pre-selected vendor as indicated herein as they are believed to be the only vendor available to provide the service: Storage Systems Construction Corporation Contract Value: $440,418.00 (excluding HST) Prior to awarding this contract, the Municipality is providing other potential Vendors with the opportunity to demonstrate that they are capable of satisfying the requirements as per this ACAN by submitting a Statement of Capabilities for the Construction of a New Sand Dome, as further described in the ACAN document. In the event that one or more respondent(s) are capable of providing the goods/service, the Municipality may conduct a competitive bidding process. If no written statements of capabilities are received, or if the Municipality determines based on its evaluation that no other supplier is capable of meeting the requirements, the Municipality intends to proceed to award to Storage Systems Construction Corporation and no further procurement process will be undertaken. A Limited Tendering Notice may be posted if required. |
